Hailey's 2 Month Check Up
Hailey weighed 9lbs 3oz, height was 22 1/4, she recieved 3 shots and one liquid one in her mouth, it was sad but she is ok now. She has to start doing PT, she leans her head to the right (drastically) and it is causing a flat spot (which isn't the problem) on her right side of her head and pushing her bone forward, both Cody and I prefer not to have to wear a helmet if all possible so we are trying the PT first. We have tried tummy time and please don't say we aren't trying hard enough, your not here and we are. She hates it, the Dr even tried and she wouldn't even let the Dr move her head to the left to check her ear either, she had to put her on her side. She is perfect and our Princess and hopefully this will help. Other then still having congestion she is healthy and happy :)

No one knows your baby girl the way you do. So, I'm sure you are trying plenty hard enough for Tummy Time. My little man got shots today too...it wasn't nearly as traumatic this time (for me anyway). Hope your little princess is feeling better!
Oh, Kate! You ARE trying hard enough. You are her parents and you know what's best for her! Brynleigh hates tummy time, too, so I almost never do it. You are way ahead of me. Keep your chin up - she's going to be just fine. :)
Hang in there Kate--we're big fans of PT & OT, hope it helps! Does she have Torticollis or just Plagiocephaly? Anyway, love you all!
Wow, I am so glad she reached the 9 lb mark. I can't wait to see her giggle. Nana
I'm so very glad the pedi is on top of things and getting started with the PT. That will help with the neck and hopefully the head as well. Keep it up, you are doing a great job!
