Early Dr. Visit

Well, I wasn't due to go to the OBGYN until 11-25-08 and yesterday we had to pay an extra visit. I learned my lesson and got a lecture from the Dr. my Sunday nesting/cleaning spree turned to, I seriously over did it. I woke up yesterday and was in not good shape, I could hardly sleep the night before. I felt awful, my body hurt all over, my back and stomach, it was just a huge ouch fest, and something just felt wrong. I stayed in bed resting until I had to go to work. When I got to work all I could do was rub my belly and go potty. Hoping I would make my uncomfortableness stop. Well, it didn't and I was miserable. So I called the Dr's office which that takes me a lot to do. Normally I am not nuerotic, so when I called to speak to a nurse, they have never heard me complain, normally its just a bunch of question from me and a huge smile everytime I go in. She told me to come in and give a urine culture and the Dr. wanted to see me. I got there did my business, saw the Dr, was having a few contractions, my legs were swollen, blood pressure was up and now I have a bladder infection. I am a bag full of fun here :) Well the Dr. sent me home told me I needed to take two days off work to rest and I need to go back to see her on Wednesday, before I go back to work so they can check my blood pressure. Well at least I have a good Dr. and she knows how to take care of me. I learned my lesson and no more crazy cleaning spree's. I am passed the point of being normal now and I guess now is when I am suppose to ask people to help me. I hate asking for help and I hate needing people. Just one room a day is my rule now. No more clean house all at once which is sad. Boo-hoo... I am pouting... and whinning, sorry! Thanks for listening. I hope everyone is having a better beginning to the week then I did and I will let you know if I hear anything more on Wednesday. Keep your fingers crossed and have a great evening.

Hope you feel great again soon. Please, please listen to the doc and try not to work too hard. This is the time to let things go a bit at home and work to use that extra energy for your body to support Hailey. Trust me, I've been there :) Big hugs and lots of love!

Oh, bummer. I agree with Becca 300%. Cleaning? Uh, you can TOTALLY let that slide. The important thing is you and the baby. Everything else is fluff at this point. Drink enough water, keep the feet up and know we love you lots!
