Anniversary Dinner

Dinner was so yummy tonight. We were suppose to have asparagus except it was bad after 2 days of having it so we substituted with broccoli. Here is the chicken and rice recipe :) It was super easy!

What you need:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/3 cup of water
3/4 cup uncooked long grain white rice
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 skinless chicken breast
2qt shallow baking dish with lid

Mix soup, water, rice, paprika and black pepper in 2 qt-shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Season with additional paprika and pepper. Cover. Bake at 375 for 45 mins.
