First Craving and EXHAUSTED

Ok, Ok, well I can finally say I have loved food but this morning I had my very first must have craving. Its one of those moments I can't forget and its pretty funny. Not to mention this weekend has been hell with tax free and it kicking my butt. I woke up at 8:23am, starving, and all I wanted was pancakes. I dreamed about pancakes and I could already taste them on my tongue. First off I have never made pancakes before, I can make a mean waffle, but how hard can pancakes be? Follow the directions on the Bisquick box, plus I have seen my mom do it a million times. Well evidently its the hardest thing I have done, lol! I am laughing now but I was crying this morning. Bah-ha-ha-ha! I burnt 6 pancakes and the middle was not even cook. SO I gave up on my pancakes adventure, still being able to taste them on my tongue I sat down in my Green chair and tried to figure out what I was gonna do. After 30 minutes of contemplating I quietly walked into our bedroom and nicely poke Cody in the arm. He woke up and asked what was wrong. I told him the whole story of wanting pancakes, burning pancakes and still wanting pancakes. He rolled over in the bed and exited my side got dressed and sweetly took me to breakfast. He's such a good man and he satisfied my first craving :)

Ok, Hope I made every ones day by my story and I am off to be sore and sleep and probably snore. Today was our second day of Tax Free and we kicked butt and it kicked mine :)

I have two words for you... well... three: nostick electric skillet. Oh yeh, put that baby on medium and you'll be good to go. :) And yes, you made me laugh. Glad you finally got some pancakes in you!

Kate, were you at the lake for the "black and Blues" that's burnt pancakes with blueberries. That was funny, but do turn down the heat and they will be delicious. Love, Mom
